Shipping Information

  • Regular shipments within the USA will be made - at our option - via UPS, US Priority Mail, or Parcel Post.
    • If the service is available, we will honor requests for a specific carrier. Such requests may incur an extra charge.
    • Shipments made via UPS are automatically insured for up to $100 of value. Insurance for shipments made via US Mail is extra.
  • Shipments made via premium services, such as FedEx, can be made, but will incur extra charges.
  • Shipments made to destinations not in the USA may incur additional charges.
  • We cannot be responsible for for lost or damaged parcels without insurance.

Return and/or Damaged Goods Policy

Our goal is 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
  • Contact our Customer Service Department for instructions either via phone: 1-800-441-0794 or e-mail 
  • If a return is in order, a Return Authorization (and Number) will be issued.

Enclose a copy of your packing list with your return.

  • If you do not have a copy of your packing list, please indicate the order number, your account number, your name and address along with a list of the items you are returning. 
  • Send the package to the address furnished by the Customer Service Department.
  • Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing list with your return and wrap the package securely.
    • Be sure to write the Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the address label of the package.
    • For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment and please save your shipping receipt and your tracking information until your return is processed.
    • We sre not responsible for returns misdelivered or damaged in transit.

Miniatures by Maryetta (hereinafter “MbyM”, “we” or “us”) appreciate your interest in the Website (“Website”).  We have respect for our customers and the personal information they entrust to us. Therefore, the security of such personal information (“personal data”) provided by visitors to our website is a priority for us.

So please read the information below to understand our practices with respect to gathering information from users of the Website and how we make use of such information.  It is possible that the Website now or in the future may contain certain portions or pages which contain changes to this Privacy Statement applicable to your use of that portion or page.


When you first visit certain areas of our Website, we may ask you to register and provide us with information about you including your name, address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address, and other identity and contact information.  However, such information is not necessary for the routine ‘browsing’ of the website.

Tell-A-Friend Email Service

We provide an opportunity for a user (registered or unregistered) of our Website to advise other people (“friends”) of the existence of our Website and the products displayed by initiating an email from our site.  As in the above section on ‘Sharing Information,” no ‘individual information” will be collected by us.  Use of his service is entirely discretionary by the sender.
